Definition of a qualified call: Callers interested in Debt Setllement program, want a free consultation about possible debt forgiveness through attorney backend program.
Caller needs to have more than $15K of credit card debt or unsecured loans. No medical debt or private stident loans. Debt less than 15K is not acceptable and could be rejected.
Сaller needs to be employed or have a current source of income to make monthly payments ($300).

Definition of non-qualified call: No medical debt or student debt. Non US Consumers; Consumers did not meet Minimum Debt or Income Amount requirement;

Only  English Speakers

Call did not meet Billable Duration requirement; Duplicate calls or lead; Incentivized calls or leads:

Consumers that are already enrolled in a program; Consumers that did not want to speak about debt;

Consumers that did not have debt issues or are not able to pay monthly payments.

No medical debt, Debt, Only Secured Debt, Federal Debt, Looking for Loan, Looking for a check.

Spanish speakers are forbidden

Сalls with not acceptable debt could be rejected.

Requirements for the ad creatives:
In the ads it's forbidden to use the phrases "eleminate debt", "forgive debts", "get rid of 100% of debt" and the word eliminar.
It's forbidden to use any images of politicians or government meetings to avoid callers who think it's a government program.
Don't use pictures of Banks, name of  Banks, checks.
It's strictly forbidden to mention any Personal loans in the ads.
Creative must contain only 15K debt or more 

Calls might be refused upon merchant's reporting/tracking system (wrong GEO, outside of working hours (parsed, even if the phone was picked up), duplicate, not meeting parameters of a qualified call, etc)

All creatives must be submitted for approval prior to launch
