10. If 3rd party calling - inbound/outbound calls are found entire affiliate campaign of the defaulting account i.e., Ad network + Publisher will be blacklisted and  All  upcoming  payments will  be lapsed (100% deduction)
11. Strict No to brand bidding:
*You can not bid on our brand or competitor's brand keywords on any of the search engines.
12. City mentioned by users at the time of Inspection Booking
* The inspection scheduled location (placed on top of the booking form) and location mentioned in the complete address (at the bottom of the booking form) should always be the same else those leads will be considered as fraudulent and will be cancelled by the inspector.
13. Only Procured leads/cars will be payable.
14. Duplication of Evals & Proc of the same registration no. car within 90 days (will not be payable) - payout will be applicable on 1st evaluation.
15. Car Categories: Assured: >2012 year of make, upto 2nd owner, upto 1 L Kms driven for Petrol & Diesel, Upto 50k Kms driven for CNG
Luxury: BMW, Mercedes, etc
16. BCM/Auction/Luxury Auction: Inferior quality than Assured category
17. Please maintain the Inspection to Procurement ratio minimum 10%, though only Procurements are payable. We have to maintain the inspections too.

Procurement Criteria - (Payable only when) - All Cities with
NCR Non Diesel: Ownership <=3 and Year >= 2010
NCR - Diesel: Ownership <=3 and Year >=  2014

The Luxury Car Category is  serviceable only in Bangalore, NCR, Mumbai, and Hyderabad
20. Penalty Clause: 
* If L2 to L3% >40% is an indication of some illicit activities going on which will be penalised
* Brand Bidding - 1st Payout cut of 50%, 2nd Instance: 100% or Blacklisting of partner or No payout
* Any 3rdparty calling or Spinny impersonation - In case it is being caught that by any way your network is indulged in 3rd party calling or impersonating Spinny, 50% deductions in the payout will be adjusted in the billables in the first instance and 100% deductions in the 2nd instance and your campaign will be permanently blocked.
* Also, kindly do not use "Spinny" in the email sender ID and SMS header. Please share some SMS and email scripts for approval.
* Spinny handles are strictly prohibited for use.
* The Don'ts mentioned above should be strictly taken care of.
21. Consistent Volumes: Lead volume must be maintained throughout the month. Any drop in leads towards the end of the month or signs of lead throttling will result in I2P being fixed along with stricter actions.
22. Procurement Target: A minimum of 15 procurements is required., failure to meet this target will mean that payouts will be considered only for procurements, even if I2P is above 3%.
23. Repeat brand bidding or escalation cases will lead to strict non-negotiable deductions
* 50K for brand bidding in each instance
* 1lac for social escalation.
* All sub-affiliate activity must comply with platform rules
