Detailed KPI:
1. No Retargeting: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running retargeting
a. campaigns targeting visitors who have already interacted with Dot & Key's brand assets.
b. No Bidding on Brand Keywords: Bidding on Dot & Key's brand-related keywords (e.g., Dot & Key, Dotandkey, Dot & Key Skincare) in any manner is not allowed.
c. Violations will result in account suspension or termination.
2. Billing will be done on the client CRM.
3. RTO and cancelled orders will not be payable.
4. Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any fraudulent activities, such as click spamming or cookie stuffing, is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement.

6. Missing orders will be checked exclusively via the Redirectvia panel by Advertiser Growth Manager, and only Order IDs visible in Redirectvia panel will be accepted. The client will not verify missing sales through any other source.
