Merchant Call Rejection Policy

Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a daily basis if:
-Caller has secured debt, no debt or debt is below $15,000 based on the credit pull of the Merchant
-The information provided by the caller is determined to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, client already enrolled in the debt program, duplicate (according to the buyer's system)
Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a weekly basis
-If CPA of the publisher is higher than $450 (Target CPA should be under $400)

HOLD period is 7 days
