Can afford a $199 plan (individual), or $399 plan (family)

Looking to get insurance within the next 2 months or less

No major pre-existing conditions:
- Cancer
- Heart Attack
- Stroke
- Diabetes (If taking insulin shots)
- COPD or Emphysema
- Hepatitis C
- Organ Transplants
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Muscular Dystrophy or Sclerosis
- Aids or HIV

(If it hasn't been treated in over 5 years its ok)

Hours:
- M-Th 10amEST to 7pmEST
- Fri 10amEST to 4pmEST

Cap: None after test. Testing cap of 25 billable per day.

Payout: $75 per billable call after verification.

*Up to $100 per billable call based on volume and enrollment rate after test.*

Buffer: 95 seconds once connected to a licensed agent.

States: All States except AK, CT, HI, MD, ME, NH, ND, NJ, OR, SD, VT, WA

Payment: Weekly net5
