Detailed KPI:
1. Billing will be done as per valid transactions tracked in Adobe Analytics.
2. SEM is strictly not allowed; any such activity will lead to a Penalty.
3. Cancelled/returned orders will not be validated in the final reconciliation
4. Missing Sales are not entertained.
5. Deep Linking is not allowed.
6. Geo Targeting: Pan India
7. Hotel sales will not be consider for billing.
8. International bookings must contribute at least 10% of the overall bookings (Web + App combined). If this threshold is not met, the first slab of domestic booking rates will be applied to the payouts.
9. At the end of each month, all bookings will be reconciled. Only confirmed bookings (i.e., those not cancelled) will be eligible for payouts.
