The advertiser can:

• Request screenshots of your ads in case of disputes.
• If you approved the traffic flow more than 7 days ago and want to launch it, you must obtain approval for the launch in the chat with your personal manager. Otherwise, we reserve the right to place payment on hold for this traffic and are not responsible for it.
• Save screenshots of your ads. They will be needed as an argument to resolve the dispute in your favor if the advertiser questions the quality of the traffic.
• If you connect to offers with specific traffic sources, we reserve the right to request screenshots confirming that you are working with the traffic source you specified during the approval process.
• Reconciliations occur: from the 1st to the 5th (for the previous month).
• Payment occurs: from the 5th to the 10th after the confirmed reconciliation.
• Hold: up to 14 days.
