Definition of a qualified caller:
- Greater than $15,000 in credit card debt or unsecured debt
- Callers must be employed or have income to pay for services.
- Callers need to be able to make monthly payments $250 - $300

Definition of non-qualified call: 
Non US Consumers;
Consumers doesn't meet minimum debt or Income amount requirement;
Call did not meet Billable Duration requirement;
Duplicate calls 
Calls sent outside of call hours
Consumers that are already enrolled in a program;
Consumers that don't want to speak about debt;
Consumers that don't have debt issues or are not able to pay monthly payments.
Incentivized calls 
Consumers older than 80 y.o

Requirements for the ad creatives:

Creative must contain only 15K debt or more
