11. We need to add an asterisk next to the pricing which will lead to a disclaimer: "*average expenditure $89/mo"
12. Cannot use the word "rule" (we cannot say there is a rule/policy etc.)
13. Cannot reference to agents ripping off
14. Can't say bad things about insurance companies/agents
15. We cannot say insurance companies are ripping people off.
16. Use possible savings, not guaranteed savings
17. Can't use the term "rule" nor "new policies indicating"
18. Can't use unsubstantiated puffery such as : massive/extremely/significant high savings the most affordable auto insurance rates the nation has seen in the last 12 years etc.
19. Can't use unsubstantiated numbers like $29 or average savings of 20% or save up to $536 a year
20. We cannot claim we are unbiased or that we include any and all of the savings available or that we include all the saving tips
21. The statement "Click your age below to instantly get your rate online" cannot be used
22. We cannot present content as a new alert, as it may be deceptive
23. Our website does not support any "sober drivers program" which ends soon so should be left out.
24. We cannot say there is a "new policy"
25. We cannot say that policies are indicating that people over paid for years, we can, however, say that according to common knowledge or similar
26. Cannot use any survey data unless you have such a survey to show for
27. Cannot say we are unbiased and contain policies.
28. We cannot promise everyone can easily "ditch" their current insurer without fees. *
