Merchant Call Rejection Policy

Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a daily basis if:
-Caller has secured debt, no debt or debt is below $9,000 based on the credit pull of the Merchant
-The information provided by the caller is determined to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, client already enrolled in the debt program
Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a weekly basis
-If CPA of the publisher is higher than $450 (Target CPA should be under $400)

HOLD period is 7 days
