Possible event dispositions:

Pending - Pending -> order status hasn't changed since placement

Rejected - Does Not Qualify -> refunded or otherwise non-payable order

Rejected - Delivered -> order has been delivered and approved by the advertiser, conversion has been created for it 

Possible reasons of declined commission: order canceled / Item was returned / Customer failed credit check / Breach of program terms / Duplicate order / Item was out of stock / Other
