Detailed KPI:
1. Campaign is on Data-driven attribution.
2. Cookie duration 7 (seven) days.
3. Advertiser will confirm the successful orders received from Service Provider or its associates basis the tracking done in Google Analytics
4. The Advertiser will verify the final delivered/cancelled status of these transactions to the Service Provider or its Associates along with the commission applicable based on which the Service Provider shall issue the invoice.
5. Commissions shall be applicable solely to the delivered orders, which, shall be construed as an amount calculated subsequent to the deduction of returns and cancellations. Commissions applicable on Net Product Invoice Value
6. Commissions are not valid on delivery charges.
7. Commissions may vary on certain products and categories from time to time and shall be informed in advance.
8. The commission is not applicable on extended warranties sold on any products.
9. The commission is not applicable in the case of bulk buying by customers either through a single transaction or multiple transactions on the same address and or number.
10. Service Provider (or any of its publishers) will not issue any press release or make any other ublic communication with respect to this business arrangement.
11. Service Provider (or any of its publishers) will not misrepresent or embellish this business arrangement, including by expressing or implying that Customer (Vijay Sales) support, sponsor, endorse, or contribute to any charity or other cause.
12. No one should bid on the “Vijay Sales” name on any search engines or websites (including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Bing, and such other related platforms. No cookie stuffing, no incentivised clicks or fraudulent traffic.
13. Channel Restriction - Gambling, Email Spamming and Adult content websites are prohibited.
14. We retain our right to terminate affiliates/publishers engaging in fraudulent and or unethical activities without prior notice.
15. Affiliates must seek approval for promotional content directly involving Vijay Sales.
16. Confidentiality - Affiliates must maintain confidentiality about sensitive promotion, campaign and commission rates.
