Definition of a qualified call: Callers interested in debt consolidation/settlement program, having credit card debt.

- Greater than $10,000 in UNSECURED credit card debt. 
- No federal debt
- No student loans
- No business debt
- No Auto Loan
- No Indian tribal loans
- No pay day loans
- No personal loans
- No medical loans (less than 50% of the total debt is acceptable)
- Debt shouldn't be transferred to collections
- Callers must be employed or have income to pay for services.

Allowed types of traffic: Social

Calls might be refused upon merchant's reporting/tracking system (wrong GEO, duplicate, not meeting parameters of a qualified call, etc.)

Requirements for the ad creatives:
Creative must contain only 10K debt or more
In the ads it's forbidden to use the word eliminate and the phrases and their synonims "eleminate debt", "forgive debt", "get rid of 100% of debt" "program is free for everyone","80%, 90% etc. discount". 
It's forbidden to use any images of politicians or government meetings to avoid callers who think it's a government program.
Don't use pictures of Banks, name of  Banks, checks.
It's strictly forbidden to mention any Personal loans in the ads.
