Pending - Pending -> order status hasn't changed since placement

Rejected - Does Not Qualify -> refunded or otherwise non-payable order

Rejected - Delivered -> order has been delivered and approved by the advertiser, conversion has been created for it 

Possible reasons of declined commission: order canceled / Item was returned / Customer failed credit check / Breach of program terms       / Duplicate order / Item was out of stock / Other

Subscriptions generated from users already registered with HBO Max in the past will not be valid.

Subscriptions should be with real data (email, name, surname and card data), generated by people over 18 years of age resident in Max and holder of a credit or debit card in a national bank or any other payment method supported by HBO Max.

Sales that are canceled by users during the first month of subscription will not be valid.
