Detailed KPI:
1. Fraud Monitoring: The client will closely monitor for fraudulent activity and trading patterns to identify genuine users. Any fraud detected by the advertiser’s tools will not be considered for billing. The publisher must not use any human/non-human/automated agents or means to artificially inflate campaign deliverables.
2. Targeting & Media Compliance: The publisher must only run ads within the agreed geographies, networks, handsets, and targeting parameters. Any deviation (such as using unapproved mediums, landing pages, creatives, or APKs) must be pre-approved in writing by the advertiser. If any ads are served outside these mentioned targets or on non-compliant properties, the advertiser reserves the right to terminate the RO and will not be liable to pay for such activity.
3. Brand Safety & Representation: The publisher shall ensure the advertiser’s ads are not served on objectionable content or non-brand-safe websites. This includes but is not limited to sites featuring adult content, hate speech, malware, tobacco, weapons, misleading claims, quizzes, or incentivized traffic. The publisher must also not use communication or take any action that could harm the advertiser’s brand reputation or violate its brand guidelines.
4. Sub-Affiliate Tracking: The publisher shall pass sub-affiliate IDs through the landing page URL or MMP so that the advertiser can track them at their end.
5. Performance & Termination: If campaign performance is found to be unsatisfactory, the advertiser reserves the right to pause or terminate the campaign with 24 hours’ notice. Breach of any terms related to traffic quality, targeting, or brand safety may result in non-payment for fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
6. Billing Terms: Final billing will be based on CRM data only. Any traffic or deliverables that fall outside the agreed targeting or are found to be fraudulent will be excluded from the final billing.
7. Issue Escalation & Resolution: The publisher must promptly inform the advertiser of any claims or objections received during the campaign and shall act as per the advertiser’s instructions.
8. Audience Targeting: Focus on getting traffic from Tier 1,2 cities and age group above 24 years
