1. Brand bidding and PPC are strictly prohibited, as the client is highly focused on incremental revenue. Any instance of brand bidding may result in immediate termination of the partnership and deductions from the invoiced amount.
2. Cancelled/returned orders will not be validated in the final reconciliation.
3. Billing will be done as per the valid transaction tracked under client’s backend report.
4. SEM is strictly not allowed; any such activity will lead to a Penalty.
