Allowed types of traffic: Facebook Ads, Paid Search, Native, Display

Calls might be refused upon merchant's reporting/tracking system (duplicate, duration discrepancy)
IMPORTANT:  

- Creatives should mention that it's health insurance credit (nothing else)

- Aggressive ads will not be allowed (Gas, Rent, Groceries, Cash, flex cards and similar angles)

- If we find out that you're sending calls from such creatives, we will have the right to deactivate you from the offer and reject your payment.
