Definition of a qualified call:

• Interested in a debt settlement program

• Carrying $7,500+ in credit card debt (may include other unsecured debts)

• Meeting the following requirements:

  • Must be current on payments

  • Must be employed and able to make a minimum monthly payment of $300
    
    

Allowed type of Debt:
• Credit card debt and unsecured debt (including unsecured payday/cash loans, gas cards)
• Medical bills (if in collections, must have $500)
• Retail cards (furniture, jewelry, computer, etc.) – accepted if merchandise is not held as collateral

Prohibited traffic: Spanish-speaking calls, incentivized traffic, fraud, or any non-compliant methods

Allowed types of traffic: Paid Search, Social

Duplicate calls are not billable

Merchant is allowed to reject the call with the following conditions:

• Debt under $7.5k

• No debt (per Merchant’s credit pull)

• Looking for a loan

• Looking for a check

• Mistakenly thought it was a government program

• No income / not employed

• Cannot afford the program

• Spanish-speaking client

• Caller from not acceptable State ( AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA)

• Already enrolled in a debt program
