Detailed KPI:
1. Billing will be done as per valid transactions tracked in client CRM.
2. Canceled/returned orders will not be validated in the final reconciliation.
3. Geo Targeting: Pan India
4. FB and Bank coupons should not be used in promotions. If such codes are used in transactions, those transactions won't be considered in the billing.
5. PPC and Brand bidding are strictly not allowed. If caught then billing for the month will be zero.
