Detailed KPI:
1. Billing will be done as per valid transactions tracked in client CRM.
2. Canceled/returned orders will not be validated in the final reconciliation.
3. Geo Targeting: Pan India
4. FB, Bank coupons and any other partner codes should not be used in promotions. If such codes are used in transactions, those transactions won't be considered in the billing and will be attributed to other source based on coupon.
5. PPC and Brand bidding are strictly not allowed. If caught then billing for the month will be zero.
