The advertiser can:

• Request screenshots of your ads in case of dispute.
• If you approved the traffic more than 7 days ago and want to launch the offer, you must obtain approval for the launch in the chat with your personal manager. Otherwise, we reserve the right to place a hold on payment for this traffic and are not responsible for it.
• Save screenshots of your ads. They will be needed as an argument to resolve a dispute in your favor if the advertiser questions the quality of the traffic.
• If you connect to offers with specific traffic sources, we reserve the right to request screenshots confirming that you are working with the traffic source you specified during the traffic approval process.
• Reconciliation period: 16th of the month from 1st to 15th and 1st from 16th to end of the month. Calculated within 7 days.
• Payment upon reconciliation: 3 days after the reconciliation period.
