The advertiser can:

• Request screenshots of your ads in case of dispute.
• If you approved the traffic more than 7 days ago and want to launch the offer, you must obtain approval for the launch in the chat with your personal manager. Otherwise, we reserve the right to place a hold on payment for this traffic and are not responsible for it.
• Save screenshots of your ads. They will be needed as an argument to resolve a dispute in your favor if the advertiser questions the quality of the traffic.
• If you connect to offers with specific traffic sources, we reserve the right to request screenshots confirming that you are working with the traffic source you specified during the traffic approval process.
• Reconciliation period: until the 5th of the month for the previous month.
• Reconciliation payment: from the 16th to the 30th of the month after the reconciliation period.
• Hold: until the 15th of the month if the KPI is not met.
