The advertiser can:

• Request screenshots of your ads in case of disputes.
• If you approved the traffic flow more than 7 days ago and want to launch it, you must obtain approval for the launch in the chat with your personal manager. Otherwise, we reserve the right to place payment on hold for this traffic and are not responsible for it.
• Save screenshots of your ads. They will be needed as an argument to resolve the dispute in your favor if the advertiser questions the quality of the traffic.
• If you connect to offers with specific traffic sources, we reserve the right to request screenshots confirming that you are working with the traffic source you specified during the approval process.
• Reconciliation occurs: on the 1-7 of the new month for the previous month and on the 15-22 of the reconciliation month.
• Traffic payment occurs: after confirmed reconciliation.
• Hold: 14 days from the date of payment.
