This includes phrases like “Fix Credit”; “Repair Credit”; “Change Credit”; “Improve Credit”; and similar wording that implies this product can improve a member's credit. d. Sending standalone e-mail campaigns or newsletters to promote YourScoreAndMore.com products without prior approval of creative, including subject lines, ad copy and links e. Using “FACTA”; “FACT ACT”; “FICO”; “FICO Score”; “AnnualCreditReport.com” or “Vantage Score”, in any marketing campaign or messaging. f. Disparaging or infringing on any competitor trademarks in any marketing messaging. g. Typo-squatting and bidding on competitor trademarks and domains in paid search and other media. h. Posting ads of any kind on Craigslist.org, or any type of website, that infers, implies or requires a consumer to obtain a credit profile in order to qualify for the advertised product or service. i. Advertising on any site with adult, religious, gambling, or alcohol-related content, or content that disparages or threatens violence against people based on any of the following: race, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation. j. Text and/or SMS messaging of any kind, unless approved by Advertiser. k. Unless explicitly agreed to by NIC, any over-the-phone sales of the product where the agent is registering for YourScoreAndMore.com on behalf of consumer. l. Advertised or promoted in connection with or in any way related to "payday loan" or other similar offers and services m. As part of an incentive or mandated offer, where purchase of YourScoreAndMore.com's product is required to win, receive, purchase or qualify for any other service, product, promotion, raffle, lottery, prize or any similar incentive. n. Referencing "all 3 bureaus" in marketing copy or mentioning "credit scores" or "credit reports". Instead, copy should be sigular (e.g., "credit score" or "credit report")
