Study Description: This study is testing an investigational injectable medication for the treatment of chronic weight management in patients without diabetes. Participants will receive either the investigational injectable medication or a placebo once weekly for approximately 1 year and 6 months. Additional procedures include vital signs, physical examination, electrocardiograms (ECGs), completing e-diaries, lifestyle counseling, and laboratory tests.
