Definition of a qualified call: Callers interested in Debt resolution, with a current source of income. Caller needs to have more than $15K-$20K of unsecured debt. Credit card debt is most desirable. - Greater than $15,000 in credit card debt or unsecured debt
- Callers must be employed or have income to pay for services.

Call did not meet Billable Duration requirement; Duplicate calls or lead; Incentivized calls or leads:

Consumers that are already enrolled in a program; Consumers that did not want to speak about debt;

Consumers that did not have debt issues or are not able to pay monthly payments.

Calls with low debt could be rejected

Requirements for the ad creatives:
In the ads it's forbidden to use the phrases "eleminate debt", "forgive debts", "get rid of 100% of debt" and the word eliminar and indulto.

It's forbidden to use any images of politicians or government meetings to avoid callers who think it's a government program.
Don't use pictures of Banks, name of  Banks, checks.
It's strictly forbidden to mention any Personal loans in the ads.

Creative must contain only 15K debt or more.
