Prohibited Marketing Practices
• DO NOT use the word “Free” or other synonymous words or phrases, such as “no cost” or “complimentary.”
• NEVER state or imply that consumers have won. For example, do not state or imply there’s an element of chance to get a Reward.
• NEVER state or imply that all consumers must do is ‘complete a survey’, ‘verify information’, ‘confirm shipping details’ or suggest a Reward is ready to be ‘claimed’.
• NEVER state or imply that a Reward has been shipped or is ready to be shipped, or that the Reward can be claimed ‘now’, ‘today’, ’immediately’ or any other timeframe. Only the consumer and Fluent have control over the fulfillment of a Reward.
• DO NOT promote a Reward value that is not available.
• NEVER reference, infer, associate or imply that a Reward is tied to any government program, including
unemployment benefits or other government assistance, grant, loan or payment.
• NEVER reference, infer, associate or imply that a Reward is tied to anything related to the Coronavirus, COVID-19 or the pandemic.
• NEVER state or imply an artificial sense of urgency, scarcity or selectivity, unless it is the case.
• NEVER represent to be affiliated with a third-party business when that affiliation does not exist.
• DO NOT use confusing ad copy, ad copy unrelated to the reward or competitor ad copy to promote a reward. Only approved ad copy may be used to promote Rewards Promotions.
Categorically prohibited:
Attracting non-targeted audience (not solvent, under 18 years old);
Traffic from exchanges, Rebrokering, Incent;
Misrepresentation - promises in creatives that are not actually so;
Frod - any fraudulent activity, including the use of other people's payment means and accounts, ddos attacks, soliciting relatives and friends, etc.
Use the tracking links of the offerer directly, without abbreviations
Use of celebrities in creatives
Not paid:
Traffic that falls under one or more restrictions from the "Categorically Prohibited" list;
Inactive traffic - complete absence of bids and/or re-deposits (if any);
Traffic that does not meet the KPIs of the offer (if any);
Multi-accounts, test conversions, scams, websites, torrents, motive, incent, celebrities in creo.
MUST FOR WEBMASTERS: before launching traffic, check with your personal manager about the relevance of the offer and the possibility of launching on it. If something is unclear or the terms of the offer require additional coordination (sources, creatives, approaches, etc.), contact your manager and resolve all issues before the launch. Otherwise, you take full responsibility for your work and its result. If you do not work with the given offender for 2 weeks, be sure to check with your personal manager about the relevance of the offender and the possibility of launching on it. Otherwise, we are not responsible for your traffic after this period.
