No misleading or false statements; such as counters or limited participation (e.g. "only 5 minutes to go")  5. Prelander are allowed as long as the requirements above are all considered  6. For Email Publisher only: You are just allowed to work with Optin data and DOI optin in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).  7. Email Templates have to contain a unsubscribe link, and a footer with the details of the Sender Name company. The test Emails and the send outs have to be approved by Adcible Media.  8. WhatsApp-Traffic and SMS-Traffic are not allowed
