Publisher may not bid on or purchase any cable branding, trademarks, or
any
phrases, marks or logos that would cause confusion with, or be likely to
cause confusion with (e.g. misnomers, pseudonyms, misspellings, typos
and similar phonics), or be a translation or transliteration of, any of
cable trademarks in any pay per click advertising or other
search-based advertising. • Publisher may not purchase domains
with any cable trademarks or any phrases, marks or logos that would cause
confusion with, or be likely to cause confusion with (e.g. misnomers,
pseudonyms, misspellings, typos and similar phonics), or be a
translation or transliteration of, any cable trademarks, whether in
the domain name or any website containing such terms. •
Publisher may not create any online identities, websites, social media
profiles or pages, metatags, or accounts using any cable branding trademarks or any
phrases, marks or logos that would cause confusion with, or be likely to
cause confusion with (e.g. misnomers, pseudonyms, misspellings, typos
and similar phonics), or be a translation or transliteration of, any cable trademarks. • Publisher must comply with all laws,
rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the federal spam
law (CAN-SPAM Act) for email. • Publisher will not place any advertising on behalf of our cable partners by way of pop-up or pop-under advertisements. • Publisher will not use any content without the prior express written approval of Exact Match Media's Clients.
• Publisher will not use any cable-provided content for any purpose
other than use in connection with the Terms and solely within, and for
so long as Publisher is an approved participant in, and in full
compliance with, the program. • Publisher will not attempt to
register any Cable trademarks or any marks confusingly similar to any
cable trademarks, and Publisher will not assert the invalidity,
unenforceability, or contest the ownership by Exact Match Media of any
cable
trademarks, and Publisher shall not take any action that may prejudice
the right, title or interest in any cable trademarks, render the
same generic, or otherwise damage or tarnish any cable trademarks, or
diminish their associated goodwill. •
Except as included in provided content, Publisher will not make
or publish any statement, claims, representation or warranty about products or services. • Publisher will not state or
imply any type of affiliation or relationship with cable brands, other than
that of an affiliate marketing program participant. • Exact Match Media
may revoke Publisher’s rights to participate in our Cable (National) Campaign at any time, without notice to Publisher.Negative
