If the publisher wants to run a prelander, they HAVE to use the Adv. hosted    prelander - otherwise only direct linking will be allowed   2. Adv. require the publisher to send on examples of banners to be used for    approval, and requested changes made if applicable before the campaign can    go live.   3. Client require the affiliate to send a weekly report detailing leads by    Publisher ID for each campaign. All Publisher IDs must be included in their    report regardless of how few leads they have generated.     4. Adv.require the affiliate to pass the following parameters - unique    cookieID, publisher ID & referrer.   5. Publisher must adhere to the list of non approved marketing practices
